In order to understand true health, how our body works and how we can get well, first we need to understand the principles of Creation both in the physical and metaphysical realms. As everything is energy, it manifests in our 3D world as solid material - our body and the foods we eat. In Creation, the forces and workings of it come down to the universal law of cause and effect. Without realising this basic law, it would be harder to understand that our physical suffering has got to do with what we consume - how external chemistry affects our internal chemistry, how they interact with each other and behave. And there goes the saying as well: you are what you eat.
In today's society man's ignorance contributes to man's suffering. We don't eat the right foods, and people are not even aware what they can do to get themselves well, to heal their own bodies. The world we live in does not promote true knowledge, it does not empower us. The allopathic community only treats symptoms, but never the root cause of dis-ease. The medical world is not about true healing - it's about profit and ignorance. The main cause of man's suffering is a largely acid-based diet, including foods that are not fit for human consumption and for the human body. These foreign substances cause inflammation (which is an immune response to the foreign) and many other health issues, all due to acidity and stagnation. The medical world calls disease a condition that we put our bodies into. They treat is as a concept that is static and incurable, something that will stay with us for life. They prescribe medicine, only to 'treat' the symptom, but never the root cause of dis-ease, which in fact is a temporary condition due to lymphatic stagnation. There's no such thing as an everlasting, incurable 'disease' that we can't get rid of. Remember, if we can create conditions in our bodies, we can get rid of them too.
Understanding chemistry
The key to true health and wellbeing lies in the understanding of chemistry, which is the basis of the make up of our body and foods. Secondly, it is essential to understand how chemistry affects our body. Once we do, we are on the road to Wellville.
There are two sides to chemistry; acid and base (alkaline). Acid is corrosive and degenerative, while base is hydrating and regenerative. Acids are protons (positively charged), and bases are electrons (negatively charged). There is always two sides to everything in Creation, what we call duality. Like yin and yang, male and female, black and white, chaos and order, etc. We always aim to create balance. When something gets out of balance and tilts to one side, that side will manifest more than the other. That's what happens when the chemistry in our body tilts to the acid side - it becomes corrosive and degenerative. Acid creates dehydration and stagnation, therefore dis-ease. Hydration and alkalisation of the body breaks up stagnation and acidity, it creates fluidity and flow.
Looking at the pH factor when it comes to chemistry is key to understand how the acid (pH 1-6) and alkaline (pH 8-9) sides of chemistry affect our cells, therefore body. Cells thrive in an alkaline environment. It is interesting to note that femininity represents the alkaline (thriving) side of life and existence, while masculinity is tied to the acid (corrosive) side of it. Mother Earth (Gaia) is nurturing, alkaline, and provides us the elements and nutrients that makes us thrive and live - as all planets in Creation are feminine energy. On the other hand, stars like our sun R'OI is male, as all stars in Creation are masculine energy, he is the destroyer (as much as the sun makes it possible for us to exist), the effect of the sun (star) is acidic. That is how these two co-exist in each other's presence to create balance with alkalinity and acidity.
As I have mentioned before, in today's society we are way out of balance with our lifestyles. The processed foods and our way of living (stress) create acidity in the body. Not even talking about the chemicals we use in our daily lives. This 'out of balance' state causes dis-ease and stagnation. Humans no longer just use what Mother Earth has provided for us, the fruits and herbs, because ultimately we are frugivores. We do not depend on the consumption of meat, dairy or grains. We are the most vibrant on a fruit diet because it is full of nutrients and
Humans as frugivores
As I have mentioned before, in today's society we are way out of balance with our lifestyles. The processed foods and our way of living (stress) create acidity in the body. Not even talking about the chemicals we use in our daily lives. This 'out of balance' state causes dis-ease and stagnation. Humans no longer just use what Mother Earth has provided for us, the fruits and herbs, because ultimately we are frugivores. We do not depend on the consumption of meat, dairy or grains. We are the most vibrant on a fruit diet because it is full of nutrients and the highest frequency food on this planet. This planet has provided us the foods we need without us interfering with it or altering it into something else that is not even beneficial to our bodies. Gaia has provided us nature's pharmacy as well, that are the herbs. There are botanicals available specific to different parts and functions of the body, so we have it all available to fix our bodies, whatever the issue!
Humans - our ancestors - come from the tropical areas where the fruits are ripe and rich in nutrients and alkalinity. However, we slowly started to wander around the planet and move up north to colder areas, and as we had to adapt to the different climate, we also had to adapt to different food choices, hence we started experimenting with 'man-made' options such as fermentation. Fermentation is a process that involves high acidity and fungal activity, that is a very unhealthy option. Then came the abuse of animals such as using their milk that is meant to be for their babies to feed them.
Dairy, as animal protein, is foreign to the human body, and our body will treat is as such; foreign substance. The human body does not digest animal protein and is not fit to do so. The same is true for meat. Dairy is the number one mucus forming food for humans. The structure of an animal (usually their digestive system) is different from that of humans - especially that there is a distinction between carnivores, herbivores and omnivores.
The sugar myth
Many people assume that fruit sugar is not good for you in high amounts. This is a complete misbelief. People need to understand biology first; the fact that simple sugars (monosaccharides like glucose, fructose and galactose) together with oxygen fuel the cells in our body, just like cars need fuel to run. Without carbon and oxygen there is lack of or no cellular energy at all, that causes the cell to weaken or become attacked, or even die.
The misconception comes when people mistaken polysaccharides (complex sugars) to simple sugars, and associate the latter with conditions like diabetes. The fact is that the body breaks down by digestion the complex sugars to simple ones. It's more work for the body to deal with complex sugars as it needs more cortisol, and if a person's adrenal glands are weak (that produces cortisol), then sugar metabolism problems follow. The body cannot deal with the overload of sugars to break down and use, so it will turn to the fermentation process by the fungal family that actually helps the body deal with the excess and obstructions. Fermentation is the process of breakdown and decay that requires parasitic action. However, the process of fermentation causes acidosis, that is the root cause of man's suffering. Excess complex sugars (starches) feed the Candida (yeast, molds, fungus, etc.), not fruit sugar!
The protein myth
Proteins are complex chains of amino acids. When we talk about a protein diet, we think of animal flesh (muscles, organ and gland tissues), and nuts, beans and grains. Amino acids (not proteins) are used by the body to build tissue and act as carriers/buffers. Just like in the case of complex sugar, the body breaks down protein into amino acids that the body requires. During this process there are surplus amino acids that the body doesn't require. Breaking down these complex amino acids requires a lot of work by the body with the use of hydrochloric acid, leaving an acid ash in the body. On the contrary, fruits and veggies contain first-hand amino acids that don't require complex break down, leaving alkaline ash during the process.
Proteins are putrefactive and cause toxaemia (acidosis), and are the cause of body odour as well. People that smell are known to be having a protein-rich diet. Acidosis is the build-up of acid in the tissues and cells (and in the interstitial fluid), which state causes cell atrophy = cell death. The body (cells) doesn't survive in an acidic environment, therefore the tissues, organs, glands etc. start breaking down. The biggest myth is that the body needs protein. In fact, the body needs amino acids. There are lots of diets out there that are a fad and they can literally lead you to a lot of trouble, including the Keto diet. A high protein diet will never get you to Wellville.
The great lymphatic system
The lymphatic system in the human body is the most important system we need to look at when we talk about health. There are two major fluids in the body - the blood (kitchen) and the lymph (toilet). The lymphatic system's function and the role it plays in our health and body are completely ignored by the medical profession. Let's not forget, the medical world only treats symptoms. When we look at the law of cause and effect, there is always a reason why we end up with something, be it health-related or not.
The lymphatic system is the sewer system of the human body. That's where the cells dump their waste, just like how we go to the toilet to get rid of digestive waste. The lymph fluid carries all the cellular waste and toxins, while the lymph nodes act as septic tanks, filtering through the waste breaking down obstructions and taking care of damaged cells. When the lymphatic system becomes stagnant and the kidneys don't filter properly, that is when we start experiencing issues (so called dis-eases), as the cellular waste does not leave the body, instead it just circles around and backs up in tissues and cells.
kidney filtration
The kidneys are the main eliminative organs in the body. Their proper function is essential in order for the lymphatic system to eliminate cellular waste. If they don't filter out lymphatic waste (acids), then it starts backing up in the body, and we then see pimples, cysts and tumours forming. The build-up of acids in the body becomes systemic - meaning that you can have problems occurring anywhere in your body. Cancer cells are merely damaged cells by their own acid waste.
Kidney filtration is essential in order to keep us healthy and for the body (organs, glands, tissues, cells) to function properly.
regenerative detoxification
In order to gain our true health back and to make sure that our lymphatic system functions properly without any obstructions and stagnation, the body needs to go through detoxification.Detoxification is the process of eliminating toxins and foreign chemistry from the body by way of hydration. A raw food diet, especially fruits that are highly alkalizing and hydrating, will reverse the effects of acid damage (e.g. cancer).
The human body is designed to heal itself. When we get a wound on our body, it closes up and heals usually within a matter of days. That is the body's self-healing mechanism. We only help our body heal itself with the right diet that allows it to do its job. Besides eating the right diet fit for human consumption (fruits and veggies) full of nutrients and energy, another way to let the body repair itself is by fasting. It is about giving much less work for our body (e.g. digestion) and more focus and energy for self-repair. During fasting the body is able to get rid of damaged cells at a much faster rate, being able to produce new and healthy cells, giving way to a much better functioning of the organs/glands.
When we talk about detoxification, in reality we talk about hydration and the alkaline side of chemistry. Interestingly, water is not considered hydrating as it has pH 5.5 that is slightly acidic. In fact, it's the universal solvent. Detoxification has to take place at pH level 7 or above. Alkalinity makes things move and break up, while acidity makes things stagnant and stiff. The body is not able to move waste and lymph in an acidic state or on the acid side of chemistry. It is important to understand these two sides of chemistry, as we are chemistry, and what we consume is chemistry. The saying is true: 'You are what you eat', therefore your health will depend on what you eat.
